Personal chef Dave Isett will guide you in making a collection of tapas perfect for serving at casual gatherings at home with friends while sister-in-law, Kim Isett, will instruct on pairing appropriate wine with the tapas of the evening.

You will leave with a new repertoire of recipes for your next event!  (Or just hire Chef Dave)
